Fantastic! Not typical of other CD's in whch there are usually only a few nice songs. Every song within this album is exceptional.
DFA are tight and simply ooze cool from a distance.

Death From Above 1979 at The Commodore Ballroom last Sunday night were incredible. Grainger and Keeler, blew thru their volatile set, it was intense and so loud that earplugs were a must . Dressed in black and white outfits Grainger and Keeler, were on fire.
They burst onto the stage , ripping straight into “Turn It Out”, their fans were primed and ready to rock the room. Dead womb and Going Steady Death From Above 1979's music is the kind of music that is downright gritty with driving rhythms and artful noise. Musically, they’re gritty, using noise swirling around lactating rhythms.
Stripped down and raw, the band took over and the crowd lost it! DFA are tight and simply ooze cool from a distance.
It’s this kind of music that should be played loud.
